Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026
In short: We do not sell consumer health data. We do not use geofencing. We use your health data only to provide the features you ask for, and you can access it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time.
This policy applies to the consumer health data we collect through the Anawiri app and website. It is provided under the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. It supplements our general Privacy Policy; if the two differ for consumer health data, this policy applies.
The company responsible for this data is Le Bien Neuf SAS, 12 avenue Philippe-Auguste, 75011 Paris, France.
1. Categories of consumer health data we collect
- Food log: meals and portions you record
- Weight and height, and your weight history
- Physical activity data
- Sleep data
- Menstrual cycle data: phases, dates, predictions
- Blood test values that you enter
- Supplements and medications you enter: names, doses, adherence
- Questionnaire answers about your health, diet, and lifestyle
- Messages you send to the in-app coach, which may contain health information
2. Sources of consumer health data
- You. Most of this data is entered by you in the app.
- Connected wearables and health platforms. If you give permission, we read activity, sleep, and heart-rate data from Apple Health or Google Health Connect. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
We do not obtain consumer health data from data brokers.
3. Why we collect and use it
Only to provide the service features you request: personalized nutrition and supplement guidance, tracking and trends, cycle-aware tracking, and the analyses you ask the AI features to produce. We do not use consumer health data for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share consumer health data only with processors that act on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Supabase, which hosts our database, authentication, and file storage in the European Union.
- AI providers (OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic), only when you use an AI feature, and only the data needed for the analysis you requested. Section 5 of our general Privacy Policy lists which data goes to which provider.
- Resend, which delivers the emails we send you.
We have no affiliates. We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.
Other service providers that do not receive consumer health data are listed in Section 5 of the general Privacy Policy.
5. Your rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to:
- confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and access it, including a list of all third parties we share it with;
- withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of it;
- have it deleted.
To exercise a right, email contact@anawiri.com from the address of your Anawiri account, or delete your account in the app under Settings > Delete my account (also available at anawiri.com/supprimer-compte). We may ask you to confirm your identity, using the email address of your account.
We respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we may extend that period once by another 45 days, and we will tell you before the first 45 days end and explain why. When we delete your data, we also notify the processors that hold it so they delete it too.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
6. How to appeal a refusal
If we refuse your request in whole or in part, our response will explain why. You can appeal by replying to that email, or by writing to contact@anawiri.com with the subject "Appeal". We will tell you what action we took on your appeal, and why, within 45 days of receiving it. If we deny the appeal, you may contact your state Attorney General to submit a complaint; for Washington residents, that is the Washington State Attorney General.
7. Geofencing and sale
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not use geofencing.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. We will not collect additional categories of consumer health data, or use the data for new purposes, without first getting your consent where the law requires it.
